SFMC Pilot ("we", "our", "us") provides AI-powered tools for Salesforce Marketing Cloud professionals, including a web application and Chrome Extension.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Account Information

When you create an account, we may collect:

• Name (optional)
• Email address
• Authentication provider
• Subscription plan
• Credit balance

Content You Submit

When you use SFMC Pilot, you may submit:

• SQL queries
• AMPscript
• SSJS
• HTML
• CSS
• CloudPage code
• Error messages
• AI prompts

This content is processed only to generate the response you request.

Usage Information

We collect limited operational information such as:

• AI modules used
• Credit consumption
• Feature usage
• Timestamps
• Error logs

This helps us improve reliability and prevent abuse.

Billing Information

Payments are collected via UPI. SFMC Pilot does not store:

• Credit card numbers
• Debit card numbers
• Banking information
• UPI PINs or authentication credentials

We only store:

• Subscription status
• UPI transaction reference (for reconciliation)
• Billing history

We use collected information to:

• Provide AI analysis
• Authenticate users
• Manage subscriptions
• Manage AI credits
• Improve platform reliability
• Detect fraud and abuse
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

When you submit code or prompts, data is securely transmitted over HTTPS. Requests are sent to our AI providers (currently Google Gemini via our AI Gateway). Inputs are used only to generate the requested response. Submitted content is not used to train AI models.

The SFMC Pilot Chrome Extension is designed specifically for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Runs only on supported Salesforce Marketing Cloud pages.
• Reads page content only after user interaction (such as clicking Analyze or selecting code).
• Uses the current tab only to analyze the code the user requests.
• Does not monitor unrelated websites.
• Does not collect browsing history.
• Does not record keystrokes.
• Does not track mouse movements.
• Does not inject advertising.
• Does not collect data outside supported Salesforce Marketing Cloud pages.

The extension requests only the permissions necessary to provide its functionality. These permissions include:

• Active Tab
• Context Menus
• Storage
• Side Panel
• Scripting
• Tabs
• Host Permissions for supported Salesforce Marketing Cloud domains

These permissions are used solely to provide AI analysis features requested by the user.

We use essential cookies and browser storage to:

• Keep you signed in
• Remember preferences
• Store extension settings
• Maintain secure sessions

We do not use advertising cookies. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

We may share limited information with trusted service providers necessary to operate SFMC Pilot, including:

• Google Gemini (AI processing)
• UPI / bank (payments)
• Authentication providers

These providers process information only to deliver the requested service. We do not sell user data.

Account information is retained while your account remains active.

If you delete your account:

• Personal profile data is deleted.
• Credit history is removed.
• Subscription records are removed where legally permitted.
• Data is deleted within 30 days.

Anonymous aggregated analytics may be retained.

We use industry-standard security practices including:

• HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Secure authentication
• Password hashing
• Row-level database security
• Secure API authentication
• Regular security updates

Passwords are never stored in plain text.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access your information
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account
• Export your data
• Withdraw consent where applicable

You can manage most of these actions from your Account Settings or by contacting us.

SFMC Pilot is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through email, in-app notifications, or website notices.
